40 SUPER SPORT – BASIC BOAT INCLUDES

If you want to win in offshore racing’s premier class, Super Cat, you need the Skater 40. Skaters have won more Open and Superboat class world and national championships than any other catamaran, so if you want to win the choice is a no-brainer. Whether you want to beat the competition into submission in rough waves or fly past them on smooth water, the 40 Super Cat can do it all. To withstand the rigors of racing, we build the boat with a vacuum-bagged S-glass/kevlar/composite cored with aircraft-grade balsa and bonded with epoxy resins. The hull and deck are bonded around the perimeter and heavy-duty stringers are added in the engine compartment. The cockpit can be set up for one- or two-person operation and for maximum safety, the boat comes with full F-16-style canopies. Optional canopy layouts are available on request.
